Nonrefundable Fee Schedule

Air Ticketing Fee: $150 per ticket

Air Changes/Cancellation: $50 per change/cancellation per ticket

After Hours Air Desk Calls: $50 per call (potential addt’l charges depending on actions taken) 

Simple Research (hotels, similar): $75 per hour

Luxury Itinerary Planning: Varies by project ($500 minimum)

Changes/Cancellations:  $50 per change/ cancellation (for each hotel, booking, transfer, etc.)

Unleashed Emergency Support: $50 per call, $150 per hour 

There is no charge for simple hotel bookings where the client specifies the hotel and date. The above does not include third party charges (other than air desk costs).
